Payment

We are a fee for service business and we accept cash, e-transfer, and most major credit cards though our OWL booking platform.

  • All new clients must register in our OWL platform ("BOOK NOW" button)

  • A credit card is required to register

  • Once registered you can view all clinicians that have time available in their schedule

    • there is also additional clinician biography info on the OWL system​

    • once registered you can send messages directly to the clinician

 

Insurance

 

Psychology, SLP, OT, and PT services are covered by most work plans, private benefit plans, as well as many other compensation plans.  Contact your provider today to confirm what your options are.  We recognize that cost should not be a barrier to services, and we work through a variety of means to help clients attempt to secure funding when needed.

Alternative Payment Options

​

  • We have many psychologists on staff who are registered providers of NIHB (Non-Insured Health Benefits) for Indigenous peoples of Canada

  • The Indian Residential Schools Resolution Health Support Program was established as part of the 2006 Indian Residential School Settlement Agreement. It provides cultural and emotional support, and mental health counselling services to Survivors of Indian Residential Schools and the families of former students.

  • We provide many services covered through Jordan's Principle Funding

  • Our team works with numerous 3rd parties agencies to help secure funding for clients eligible under Jordan's Principle funding. Please use the "contact us" page to submit an inquiry 

  • We have approved providers on the Autism Services Registry in Saskatchewan. Please use the "contact us" form for more details.

  • The Metis nations of Alberta and Saskatchewan offer funding which may apply to some programs/services.

  • Other funding sources for Individuals with ASD can be found on our Autism Hub
