HPS is able to provide in-person services with COVID-19 precautions in place. However, with rising COVID-19 cases, remote services are recommended and available whenever possible for clients. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.
What are the requirements for attending services in the HPS office?
Review and sign the HPS COVID-19 Consent Form, which lists important information about attending in-person.
Complete the COVID-19 Screening Tool within 24 hours of your appointment.
Call or text your therapist when you arrive at your appointment. Please note that HPS does not have a waiting area. Your therapist will greet you at the back door of the HPS Office at the time of your appointment.
