Our Services
Integrated Therapies is passionate about finding the strengths of our autistic clients and providing supports to help them meet challenges head-on. All of our registered disciplines are listed on an the Autism Registry in Saskatchewan.

Speech and Language
SLPs focus on functional communication skills, which are a common challenge for autistic people. Goals can range from improving understanding of language to efficiently expressing thoughts and ideas. SLPs can also support the social use of language through a strength based approach. Therapy is child led and perceives the client and family as valuable team members.

Psychological Services
From Assessment to counselling, our neurodiverse affirming framework can support Autistic individuals on a journey of self-exploration, self-acceptance and self-advocacy. We have specialized knowledge supporting Autistic people processing trauma and working through other common co-morbid diangoses such as ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety and behavioural concerns.

Music Therapy
Music Therapy can help to enhance communication, social skills, and emotional expression. It can be particularly effective for individuals with ASD, as it often provides a non-verbal means of communication and helps foster social connections.

Occupational Therapy
OT addresses sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, and daily living activities. For individuals with ASD, OT can help improve functional skills and adapt environments to support better engagement in daily tasks and social situations.

Group Therapies
Group therapies, including special interest groups, self-acceptance programs, social-emotional learning groups and social skills development programs, offer opportunities for individuals with ASD to connect and practise communication and social interactions in a supportive environment. These sessions can also promote peer engagement and help generalise skills learned in one-on-one therapy.

Learning Coach Services
Our Learning Coach Services provide one-on-one instruction tailored support to children with autism by addressing their unique learning styles, emotional needs, and communication preferences.

AAC Trial Program
An augmentative and alternative communication device is a valuable tool which can provide a child with a voice and accelerate their utilization of spoken language. At IT&P we are proud to offer clients the opportunity to try an AAC device and a variety of communications programs under the guidance of a trained SLP to help your family figure out what communication system works best for family. Our trials allow families to take the device home for a few weeks to decide if it is a useful intervention.

Life Skills & Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program provides individuals with a safe place to practice and grow skills that they desire. This program is highly individualized as it is built around the goals of the client.
