Patty Warren

Beginning her working career in the business world, Patty shifted towards human services. Her journey as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) began 4 years ago, where she played a pivotal role in facilitating communication and language development in children. With 14 years of experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and neurodivergent kids, Patty has developed a deep understanding of their unique needs and the strategies that best support their development. This experience has provided Patty with invaluable insights into the importance of early intervention and individualized support in fostering children's linguistic abilities.

Patty's experience working with ASD and neurodivergent kids, combined with her analytical background and fluency in two languages (English and Spanish), has equipped her with a unique set of skills that she now apply to her roles in business development and human resources, and in client services with IT&P. Through her role as an SLPA, Patty has had the privilege of witnessing the transformative power of connection firsthand. One of the most rewarding aspects of Patty's career shift has been the opportunity to work closely with children, guiding them, and witnessing their growth. Patty finds immense fulfillment in helping children develop and improve their language skills and empowering them with the tools they need to succeed.
