Patty Warren

Patty began her working career in the business world before transitioning into human services. Her journey as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) began 4 years ago, where she played a pivotal role in facilitating communication and language development in children. With 14 years of experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and neurodivergent kids, Patty has developed a deep understanding of their unique needs and the strategies that best support their development. This experience has provided Patty with invaluable insights into the importance of early intervention and individualized support in fostering children's linguistic abilities.

Patty’s background in working with ASD and neurodivergent children, along with her analytical experience, has supported her work in business development, human resources, and client services with IT&P.
